I'll bet ya bottom dollar I'll be branded "toxic" or a "troll" for creating this text, and I know beyond doubt that if I post this on the UKChat forum, it will be removed by the over-zealous moderators, which is the reason this page has been created.
It might sound kinda technical to start with, but PLEASE bear with me and read this to the end, if you want the cold hard truth about UKChat.com
Starting with the background - when you click on the "UKChat.com 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement" (https://ukchat.com/legal/2257-compliance-statement/)
The company name / address given at the bottom of their page:
Wired Reality LLC
170 S. Lincoln Street, Suite 150
Spokane, Washington 99201
(In case the shady owners try and delete this, here it is on the open source web archive: https://web.archive.org/web/20180912160832/https://ukchat.com/legal/2257-compliance-statement/).
We can also further prove that wiredreality.com own UKChat - because - it says so on their website! In case UKChat do something shady and remove it after seeing this - here's a copy on the wayback machine web archive:
https://web.archive.org/web/20190312131321/http://www.wiredreality.com/
When we do a "ping" (or a DNS lookup) on "wiredreality.com", we are given the server IP address of: 23.227.162.170.
When we then do a "DNS Reverse Lookup" on this IP address, we can find out what other web addresses are hosted on the same server as Wired Reality, the company behind UKChat.
You may or may not be surprised to learn from doing this simple lookup that UKChat.com also run these websites from their "Wired Reality" server.
(You don't have to take my word for it - you can check it out yourself, here: https://viewdns.info/reverseip/?host=23.227.162.170&t=1)
Look down this list, very slowly, and take note of the names of some of these chat sites, who are ran by the same people as "your" lovely UKChat.com Community. Rather than share my views at this moment, I'll sure you'll form some of your own:

What we have here, are SEVENTY SEVEN individual chat sites, all hosted on the same server as "Wired Reality.com" - the owners of UKChat.com.
Well, my first observations is probably the most obvious one.
The Post on the UKChat Forum says the site was closing because of "Toxic users and trolls".
Ask yourself this.
UKChat.com (in addition to most of the above sites) are COVERED in ads. These ads make money for the owners.
Do you REALLY, honestly think that a business who owns EIGHTY chat sites (most of which are, to say the least, very "adult" orientated"), give three shits about whether their site has trolls on it?
Do you REALLY think that this business would "close" a site as big as UKChat.com, and lose all of that ad based income, because a few users in the community are "Toxic"?
Just think about that.
Me, I can smell something. I smell bullsh1t. Their story and reasons about the site closing is complete and total nonsense. It stinks and is not viable.
So what is their reason for saying the site is closing, but then having a "change of heart"?
A publicity stunt? (If so, you've all fallen for it).
Or is something else going on?
Has anyone noticed, that the announcement about the "closure", timed-in perfectly with the username of the head administrator "Cozzi" with his picture of a SouthPark character, suddenly becoming generically named as "Admin" and the avatar going?
I wonder why he wants to suddenly hide his name? (We see in the list of websites above, "olivercozzi.com" is one of them - so we see he is intertwined).
I also wonder, why all of the white links, in the footer (bottom) of the UKChat.com homepage have all suddently stopped working, again which has timed-in exactly with the announcement about the site closing?
Hopefully you're starting to get the picture. This isn't about "trolls and toxic users". Something much bigger is going down.
So a bit of open source research once again tell us that "wired reality LLC" (who may I remind you, own UKCHAT) is showing as being VOLUNTARILY DISSOLVED. Find out for yourself, on the opengovUS.com website listed below:
https://opengovus.com/washington-corporation/602957572
These open source records tell us that
- Wired Reality was opened on 24 September 2009
- Wired Reality was DISSOLVED on 04 April 2019
- Wired Reality's final date of trading was 30 September 2019
So - is anyone else thinking. If the company behind UKChat.com is very openly showing as
"Dissolved" and "Expired" - has this got anything to do with them going on about closing the site?
Is this the real reason?
Is Oliver Cozzi now hiding his true identity, because he is illegally operating a "dissolved and expired" Limited Liability Corporation?
DISCLAIMER - I am not saying that is true, or making that allegation, I just wonder if it is what is really happening, based on the information online which certainly points to it.
You may find yourself asking "so what if he is, it's only a chat site"?
Which is a fair question. If that was the only issue out there, I would agree.
For me personally though, there is a much more sinister thing taking place.
We all, (and I mean all) see in the news that literally every day, children are being groomed online, by predators. We also know that loads of this activity takes place in chat rooms.
Most decent chat owners would surely try and stop this from happening and keep an eye on such behaviour?
Clearly not UKChat / Wired reality... else why are they hosting a domain, on their server, called PRETEENCHAT.COM
Pre-Teen, means below 13. So, 12 and under. Wired reality are as such advertising a chat site to attract users of 12 and Under!
Morals? You decide.
I rest my case.
